Orders received by 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday, will usually be despatched that day.
All our prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Carriage is extra, but balloon orders over £50 are sent free to UK mainland addresses. Please ask about other orders and destinations.
Items may only be returned with prior approval from us. This does not affect your legal rights. All goods remain the property of Playtime Balloons until full payment has been received.
Cheques should be payable to Playtime Balloons Ltd. Alternatively, all major credit and debit cards are accepted. If you send cash, Playtime Balloons can accept no responsibility for any loss.
