Brilliant company to get balloons and accessories. Customer service is way beyond any other company out there! They actually care, if the was something wrong with your order or something else, they are on phone to you explaining what’s wrong and how they can rectify it so they can get your order out to you soon as possible.

I have ordered from playtime balloons (and possibly reviewed as well) but I said yes to an enquiry and then realised I didn’t have the equipment I needed. I messaged Jamie yesterday with my predicament, he recommended a product which would make the job work and it was delivered by lunchtime today. Fantastic service all round.
Brilliant company! Always there to help with last minute orders and even better that you can do a doorstep collection! Massive thanks to Jamie and his team at Playtime Balloons!
