I have ordered from playtime balloons (and possibly reviewed as well) but I said yes to an enquiry and then realised I didn’t have the equipment I needed. They actually care, if the was something wrong with your order or something else, they are on phone to you explaining what’s wrong and how they can rectify it so they can get your order out to you soon as possible.
